My IELTS test is very soon. What should I focus on?

If you only have a limited amount of time to prepare for your IELTS test, it is very important that you spend your time doing the things that will help you improve your score the most.

The best place to start is by completing the Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment with as much information as possible. This will allow us to create your personalised roadmap, which shows you exactly which skills and lessons you should focus on. It will also help you organise your time effectively and navigate the course more easily.

When you watch the videos in the course you are working through, make sure to take notes on the information you need to remember. This may slow you down as you go through the modules, but it will save you a lot of time in the long run.

After you have completed the modules, use the assessment materials in each course to practise and check your progress:

Writing Academy - submit an essay for correction

Speaking Academy - book a mock speaking test

Listening Academy - IELTS Advantage Practice Listening Tests

Reading Academy - IELTS Advantage Practice Reading Tests
