To improve your grammar in speaking, follow the steps in the video, but also record yourself saying the structures as well as writing them down. Repeat them many times and listen back to check. Then create your own sentences using these structures and record again. Think about how you might use contractions to make the speech more connected. Once you are comfortable using the structure try to integrate the new language into your daily practice.
