I don’t understand why you had to make changes to the old VIP course.
Please read the letter Chris sent out in May 2022 because he explains the circumstances and the reasons for his decision in detail.
Given those circumstances, here is brief summary from Chris:
We were left with three choices:
- I could have shut the business down immediately and walked away with a lot of money. This would have been the best solution for me.
- I could have kept going and not said anything. This would have resulted in the business failing without warning and all students would lose everything within a month or two.
- I could give students 3 months' notice that teachers would be going and keep all the other services and courses in place for life. This is the worst solution for me personally but the best for students.
