How can I improve my pronunciation?

There are a few things you can do.

First, you need to identify the areas of pronunciation that you are weakest in. The best way to do this is by having a mock speaking test. During your feedback, your instructor will comment on your pronunciation score, strengths, and weaknesses. Take note of these comments for use later.

Secondly, you can use the Pronunciation Course to help you understand the areas that you're weakest in.

Then, you need to practice. If you don't have someone to practice with you, you can try viewing videos or listening to podcasts, and record yourself trying to copy what you hear, and then compare. This is an easy way to see how you sound in comparison to a native speaker of English.

You can also use the YouGlish website to practice the pronunciation of words or phrases in sentences. This will help you identify how pronunciation changes when words are spoken in a stream of speech.
